What we collect
- Enquiry forms. When you submit a quote, availability, question, or booking form we receive the details you enter (typically name, contact details, event date, venue and message), plus the page the enquiry came from. Forms are provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium — EU-hosted), acting as our processor.
- WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us directly, we process the contact details and content you share to answer you.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.), which are cookieless and collect aggregated, anonymised usage and performance data. In addition, only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure visits and page usage via cookies; you can withdraw that consent at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer (see the Cookie policy). No advertising trackers are used.
- Hosting. The site is served by Vercel from EU infrastructure (Frankfurt region); server logs (IP address, request metadata) are processed for security and delivery.
Why we process it
To answer enquiries and prepare proposals (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); to measure visits with Google Analytics (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) — withdrawable at any time); and to meet legal obligations such as accounting when you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards, unless a booking creates a longer legal retention duty. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you.
Media playback
Artist pages can load players from SoundCloud, YouTube or Spotify only after you click to load them. Doing so transmits your IP address to that provider under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
