These terms govern the use of soundmykonos.com and the general framework of our services. Specific bookings are governed by the individual written proposal and confirmation you receive from us.

The website

Content on this site — equipment listings, indicative rates, artist profiles — is provided for information and does not constitute a binding offer. Rates shown are starting points; every event receives an individual written proposal. Availability of equipment and artists is confirmed only in writing.

Bookings

• A booking exists when we confirm your event in writing and any agreed deposit is received.
• Prices in proposals include delivery, setup and collection on Mykonos unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation terms, payment schedule and any venue-specific conditions are stated in the proposal.

Equipment rental

Rented equipment remains our property. It is delivered tested, and is set up and operated per the proposal. The client is responsible for reasonable care of equipment left on site and for providing safe power and weather protection as agreed during the site check.

Liability

We maintain professional standards, redundant equipment and qualified staff at every event. Our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

Site content, the SoundMykonos name and imagery may not be reused without permission. Artist imagery is used with the artists' consent for promotion of bookings through us.

Applicable law

Greek law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Greece; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
